Garlic croutons are incredibly tasty and easy to prepare. The crispy crispy bread crust combined with the characteristic garlic aroma perfectly emphasize the taste of light or dark beer. This is a great snack option for a large company and outdoor recreation.

Ingredients and recommendations

To whip up hot appetizing croutons with garlic for beer, you need a simple list of products that you can buy in the nearest store:

  • bread - 1 roll;
  • butter - 200 gr;
  • hard cheese - 150 gr;
  • garlic - 4 cloves;
  • parsley and dill.

If you want croutons to have the same thickness, then it is more practical and convenient to use a sliced bun. Garlic sauce can be prepared separately with sour cream or mayonnaise, then garlic does not need to be added to croutons.

Cooking process

Hard cheese is rubbed on a coarse or fine grater (optional), chopped parsley and dill, and chop the garlic with a garlic. All ingredients are poured into a bowl, add butter and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Cooked cheese-garlic butter with herbs, smeared sliced pieces of gray bread on one side and gently connect with each other. The formed roll is wrapped in foil and sent to a preheated oven (up to 180 degrees) for about 25-30 minutes. If you want garlic croutons to turn out with a light crisp, open the foil and keep the sandwiches in the oven for 5 minutes.
