On the basis of a conventional manual jigsaw, you can make a simple sawing table with your own hands. And thanks to its compact size, such a table can easily fit in a small home workshop or garage.
Of the basic materials for the manufacture of this homemade product you will need blanks from plywood, as well as a sheet of metal (preferably aluminum, but it can also be made of stainless steel, but it will be very thin).
Table sizes may vary, depending on personal preference. Therefore, to begin with, it is necessary to determine the dimensions of the structure, after which you can proceed to cutting blanks.
The main stages of work
Of the four pieces of plywood, the master glues the box - the basis of the design. In addition, each board must be screwed with screws. It is extremely important to observe an angle of 90 degrees.
Next, you will need to make markings on the top sheet of plywood, and use a jigsaw to cut out a rectangular window in it. Then, in the metal sheet, which will be mounted on top, you will need to drill holes for fastenings and a file.
Then it remains only to attach the upper metal panel, cut a round hole in the side wall and screw the metal disk. This will allow you to quickly replace the file in the process.
Then the plywood will need to be painted white or any other paint. And you can leave it as it is. And at the last stage, a launch block with buttons is installed.
