In this review, we bring to your attention a great idea for a home workshop - a mini machine for cutting printed circuit boards and other materials.
The master uses a piece of plywood 10 mm thick (dimensions 260 * 200 mm) as the base for the machine. Also, two wooden bars with dimensions of 80x40 mm and a rail of 150x10 mm with a thickness of 10 mm will be required.
In addition, two metal guides, a telescopic antenna, an electric motor, a diamond blade with a diameter of 50 mm, a 12 V power supply and an engine speed regulator will be required.
The main stages of work
First of all, the author places the engine speed regulator in a plastic case, and also installs a connector for connecting the power supply and a power button.
Further, two pieces of the same diameter will need to be cut from the telescopic antenna and glued to a plastic case with a speed regulator. And between them, with the help of double-sided tape, the author glues an electric motor.
Then, on the sides of the motor, the author glues two wooden blocks of 80x40 mm and a thickness of 10 mm, and to them a small piece of sheet metal is screwed on top of them, having previously drilled holes of the desired diameter.
At the last stage of the work, it remains only to “plant” the plastic case with the electric motor on the rails, which are fixed on the base, and install the diamond disk.
