Gently cut the pineapple horizontally. You have to make a lot of effort, but it's worth it. You don’t need to cut the green tail of the pineapple. Next, take a tablespoon or a knife with a wide blade and remove the pulp. Two "boats" will serve as original salad bowls.
Cut the pear into small cubes, and simply divide the tangerines into slices. Season the salad with yogurt and knead in a separate bowl. There are different ways to decorate a fruit salad. For example, you can make a thin chocolate chip with a vegetable knife, as in the photo. Or melt chocolate and pour a tablespoon salad in a zigzag line.
