Cooking meringues will take about two hours, but it is best to leave the meringues to dry for another day. If the meringues are properly dried, the meringue core is dry and not viscous, it easily bites off and melts in the mouth. Both adults and children loved meringues, while meringues are not put off in extra pounds. In addition, when preparing meringues, you can adjust the amount of sugar. Only two ingredients are required for preparation - these are eggs and sugar.

Cooking time: two hours.
The difficulty of cooking: easy.
Ingredients:
  • Two eggs;
  • One hundred grams of sugar;
  • Foil for baking;
  • Pastry bag.

Cooking recipe:
For starters, you should rinse the eggs, this will help to avoid salmonella. Separate the protein from the yolk and divide into two different plates. Yolk is no longer needed, it can be used in other recipes.

Beat the protein with a mixer. We start from the first speed, gradually increasing the speed. Beat until a thick white, viscous mass. Pour sugar and continue whisking. All saccharines should melt. The mass should be thick and not drain from the whisk. The mass should stand and remain on the whisk. You will need to beat for about ten minutes.

We prepare a confectionery syringe for depositing. To make the mass easier to put in the bag, we pull the pastry bag onto the mug. Spread the mass inside with a spoon.
Next, we cover the baking sheet with foil and plant the meringues. The smaller the meringue, the faster it is baked. You can jail off any forms you like.
Put in the oven to bake. The oven should be heated to 70 degrees, not higher. Bake for one hour. Sometimes open the oven and watch so that the bottom does not burn, if the bottom is brown, we reduce the fire.

After an hour, reduce the fire to 50 degrees, open the door and leave it open so that evaporation leaves. Leave to bake for another hour.

Turn off the oven and leave it overnight. You can eat immediately, as soon as they have cooled and will easily fall behind the form. Serve tea for a good movie!
