  • 4 glasses of water;
  • butter;

1. Pre-wash the peas, soak for six hours, you can leave it in water overnight. The longer the peas are soaked, the faster they cook.

2. Put the peas in a pan, in which you will cook porridge, pour water, taking it twice as much as peas.

3. Put the pot on the stove, bring to a boil. The foam that forms before boiling must be removed.

4. After 20 minutes after reducing the fire, salt, add about one teaspoon of salt, cover. Peas are cooked differently depending on their variety and freshness, so you need to navigate according to what you have, cook until cooked for about another 30-40 minutes.
