A very original fixture can be made almost from a garage scrap metal with your own hands. The nozzle on the drill which is cut is made of corners and a steel bar.
To work in this device, a conventional hacksaw blade was used, and if desired, only part of it can be used, with an opening for fastening.
The principle of operation of this nozzle is based on the translational movement of the part to which the web is fixed from the rotating washer welded at an angle.
