Design features
A homemade table for a manual grinder consists of two main elements: a working surface and a moving part. The grinder itself is installed in the moving part of the structure and is rigidly fixed in the desired position, thanks to the stop bars.
The movable part is connected to the working surface using two furniture hinges, and the whole structure is fixed due to the stud with the lamb and the nut. Also, with the help of this pin, you can adjust the height of the grinder.
On the working surface there is a “window” for the platform with emery tape. There is also an additional hole that provides easy access to adjust the sanding belt.
A separate window for dust emission is provided in the side of the structure. A self-made bend assembled from plastic pipes is put on the nozzle of the grinder. And already the tube from the vacuum cleaner is inserted into it.
