To make the rest of the city as comfortable as possible, you cannot do without improvised means for cooking. Usually, as a stand for a bowler hat, they use stalks or “crossbars” from branches found near the halt. However, it’s much more practical to have a makeshift folding stand on hand that can be made from nuts and skewers.
How to make a pot stand
The first step is to grind about one millimeter of one of the faces of the nut. After this, grind the remaining part of the face with the grinder, but already diagonally. If necessary, treat the surface with a flat file to remove unevenness and roughness. Similar operations must be performed with two more faces of the nut.
From the skewer, we cut off the grinder with three identical segments 18 cm long. Then we drill three holes in the nut - in places where the faces are cut, and cut the threads into them. It will also be necessary to drill holes in the middle of the skewer segments (4 mm drill). Then we connect them to the nut using bolts. So that the bolts do not unwind during operation, they can be seized by welding.
This stand for the bowler is compact in size - it fits even in a backpack, and is very convenient to use. When fishing, hunting or just relaxing in nature, preparing food is not difficult.
