For this homemade product you will need a circular saw blade, two reciprocating saw blades, one nut with a press washer and a piece of a round steel bar with a threaded “tip”.

As an electric drive, you can use a power drill or a conventional screwdriver. With the help of a homemade manual punch, you can drill holes in soft soil for installing columns, planting trees, etc.

The first step is to mark out the saw blade from the circular saw. To do this, we will use a ruler and a metal scriber (in principle, you can mark with a regular black or white marker).

The main stages of work

In the marked area, we make cuts with the help of a grinder with a cutting wheel. Then we mark out two blades for the reciprocating saw and cut off the excess part from it. In the resulting blanks, you will need to drill two holes.

At the next stage, we apply the sections of the saw blade to the disk from the circular and mark the places where it will be necessary to drill holes. Next, we expand the cut edges of the saw blade, and insert and weld a nut with a press washer into the central hole.

Hand Drill Assembly

At the edges of the saw blade from the circular, we fasten with the help of bolts and nuts sections of the blade for the reciprocating saw, screw a piece of a round bar with a thread at the end into the nut, after which it is possible to test the home-made in practice.

We insert the tail of the shaft into the electric drill chuck and try to drill holes in the ground. A detailed manufacturing process, as well as an overview of homemade Yamobur, see the video on the site.
