For many people, mess in the workshop or garage is already the “norm”. No matter how you get out, all the same, after a while, blockages from the tool form on the table. However, there is a simple and cheap way to organize a workplace in a workshop.

To do this, you will need several inch boards that need to be cut lengthwise into two parts, as well as a building mesh with square cells. Buying these materials is not difficult. Moreover, for many owners they are already gathering dust in the garage or in the country.

First of all, we cut the boards along in half. Then we trim the boards on the miter saw or manually - using a hacksaw on a tree, and cut off the blanks of the desired size. Then from the boards with the help of furniture corners we assemble the U-shaped frame frames.

The main stages of work

We fasten the corners to the bottom of the assembled frames on screws or screws for attaching to the desktop (two pieces per vertical rack). The number of U-shaped frames, as well as their sizes, can be any - depending on the dimensions of the desktop in the workshop.

Next, using hand-held scissors for metal, we cut the size of the frame from the roll into a suitable piece of metal construction mesh. We fasten the grid to the posts and the frame jumper using self-tapping screws with press washers.
