Very often, when repairing a car, nuts, bolts or a wrench with a screwdriver accidentally happen to be in the "depth" of the hood. And to get it, you must first find the fallen objects. To do this, the author suggests making an LED flashlight with a magnet.

The basis of the design is a flexible hose in a metal braid. Thanks to this, you can get into even the most inaccessible places.

First of all, one of the ends of the flexible hose needs to be fastened with two long bolts that are connected to each other using a metal plate with holes (you can do it yourself).

The main stages of work

At the next stage, the power source is installed - the "crown" battery, which is pressed by the plate (for this you just need to tighten the bolts).

At the other end of the flexible hose, the master attaches a “head” with LEDs. Then it remains only to attach two neodymium magnets. To do this, you can use hot melt.

Now with such a homemade device you can not only detect dropped bolts with nuts or tools, but deftly pick them up with magnets and remove the hood from the bowels. To make such a device is very simple.
