In this review, the author suggests making a do-it-yourself grinding nozzle on a screwdriver or an electric drill in the form of a drum.

The main material is a wooden block. Abrasive "petals" can be made from ordinary sandpaper.

The advantage of this grinding nozzle is that it can be used repeatedly, changing only the "petals".

And the first thing the master saws off a small piece from a 50x50 mm wooden block, after which he makes markings at one of the ends of the workpiece.

The main stages of work

In the next step, it will be necessary to drill eight holes in a circle and one hole in the center. Also, in the central part of the workpiece, a recess must be made under the cap of the bolt.

Next, insert a long bolt into the hole and fix it on the other hand with a conventional nut. And it is also advisable to use a washer.

After this, the workpiece must be given a round shape. First of all, the author cuts off the sharp corners of the chisel, and then inserts the workpiece into the drill chuck and processes it with a rasp.

At the last stage of work, it remains only to make longitudinal cuts in the drum with a hand hacksaw.

Then the author cuts pieces of sandpaper of the desired grain size and, bending one edge, "charges" them into the grinding drum. The homemade nozzle is ready, and you can try it in operation.
