From two pieces of plywood 12 mm thick you can make an unusual folding chair with your own hands, which is not only strong and stable, but also mobile.
Such a chair will fit in the trunk of a car without any problems, and also will not take up much space in a home workshop or garage.
First of all, it will be necessary to glue two pieces of plywood together on the PVA carpentry glue - as a result, the thickness of the sheet will be 24 mm.
After gluing, the edge of the plywood sheet must be sanded with a grinder. If desired, you can grind the plane.
The main stages of work
At the next stage, the author makes markings on a plywood sheet: first with a regular pencil, and then draws a marker around the outer contour.
We drill a through hole with a drill, and then use the electric saw to cut the inside of the plywood (according to the marking).
As a result, we get two parts. Both the first and second must be sanded. Then, in the outer part, the author drills holes on the sides so that the inner part can be fixed.
In the inner part you need to cut another piece - this will be the seat of the chair. We make the markup, and then cut it with an electric jigsaw.
At the last stage, drill holes where necessary, then paint all the parts (or cover with mineral oil). And after that you can start assembling.
