In this review, the author shows how to make a vibrating screen for screening sand. The design is simple, the materials are affordable.

The idea will be useful to everyone who is building a house or planning to start construction in the near future.

For the manufacture of vibrating screens, a profile pipe, a construction corner, bearings, bolts with nuts, and a crankshaft from a chainsaw will be required.

First of all, the author modifies the shaft itself a little, and then puts two bearings on it from two sides.

Two small rings will need to be cut from a piece of steel pipe. We put them on bearings, and scald.

The main stages of work

At the next stage, cut off two corners, and weld to them pieces of a profile pipe.

Then, the crankshaft itself is installed on the resulting support "legs". We connect parts by welding.

From a piece of pipe (ring), which must be cut into 2 parts, bolts and nuts, the author makes a homemade clamp.

Further, from the profile pipe and one corner, the upper part of the vibrating screen is welded.

After that, the author proceeds to manufacture the lower part, to which the block with the crankshaft is attached.

And in the end it remains only to connect the lower and upper (movable) parts together, weld the legs, set the grid and paint. The master uses a hammer drill as a drive for the vibrating screen.
