For this homemade product you will need a regular rhombic screw jack, an engine, a pair of chain sprockets, a piece of steel plate and a small 12 V battery. A rectangular plywood sheet is used as the base. You can simply glue the boards into the board of the desired size.

The meaning of this device is to lift the car not by hand, but by a chain transmission - the structure is driven by an electric motor that is connected directly to the battery. This design is assembled very simply and quickly.

The main stages of assembly

A drive sprocket is put on the motor shaft and fixed with a nut. Another larger sprocket is attached to the threaded rod of the jack by welding. But before that, the steel ring at the end of the screw is cut.

Then the jack must be installed on plywood - for this, holes are drilled in the supporting parts of the frame, and then the jack is screwed onto the screws. A wide plate is welded to the lower arm, which serves as a platform for the electric motor.

We pull the chain, and then install the engine on the plate, fixing it to bolts or screws. Now the mechanical jack with the electric motor is ready for operation. We substitute it under the car frame, connect the wires to the battery and the car rises.

As you can see, everything is simple, but do not forget about precautions. If you decide to climb under the car, be sure to put additional support. Write in the comments below the video what you think about this homemade product.
