If you have a semi-automatic welding machine and a carbon dioxide cylinder in your garage or home workshop, then you are probably tired of dragging it from place to place.
In this review you will learn how to facilitate this procedure using a special mobile trolley. For work, you will need a square pipe of various sections, as well as other products of black metal.
First of all, we cut the pipes according to the given sizes, and set the angles at 45 and 90 degrees, for further welding them together. Then you can start welding.
For convenience, you can use the magnetic corners. Do not forget about safety when working with the welding machine.
The main stages of work
After assembling the structure according to the drawings, we begin to revet the trolley. We cut holes in galvanized steel sheets and bend them in one direction with the help of a simple device made of plywood. Weld the walls.
To make a box for various little things, you need a sheet of metal and angle grinder. First, make markings on a sheet of metal. We saw it about 1/3 of the depth of the sheet, and then bend it in the shape of a box. We weld and clean the seams.
We fix the ball guides on the frame and install the box. We rivet it to the guides. Mark the front wall and decorate it with a grid, adding depth to a strip of metal. We fix on the box.
At the last stage, we prepare the compartment for the carbon dioxide cylinder, according to the drawing. After completing all the painting work, we establish a different decor in the form of headlights (front and rear), a soft substrate for the mask.
