A compact set of 3 coffee tables of different sizes is an excellent solution for any interior. It should be noted that these tables will be appropriate, first of all, in small rooms, since they take up little space.
The main material for their manufacture is a profile tube of square section 15 * 15 mm. Each table is a metal frame made of profile and a wooden tabletop.
Coffee tables have different sizes: 450 * 450 mm, 390 * 390 mm and 320 * 320 mm. Thanks to this, they are easily inserted into each other, without taking up additional space in the room when they are not needed.
The main stages of work
The first step is to clean the profile pipes from traces of rust. After that, the author cuts the blanks in size at an angle of 45 degrees - for this he uses a template.
Next, you need to weld the three upper frames with sizes of 45 * 45 cm, 39 * 39 cm and 32 * 32 cm. The wooden cover of the coffee table will rest on them. For convenience, you can use the magnetic corners for welding.
At the next stage, it will be necessary to weld the lower frames, but they already have a U-shaped shape. It is also necessary for each table to cut from the profile 15 * 15 mm four racks.
Then the master completely welds the table frames and makes wooden covers for them. The metal will need to be cleaned and painted.
