Structurally, the homemade product is a cutting part and two handles. In general, nothing complicated. The master makes the cutting part from a circular saw, all other details - from a profile pipe.
The author cuts the cutting part for homemade work with a grinder, taking as a basis (template) a segment blade for a stationery knife. At the edges of the workpiece, you need to mark the places in which the holes will then be drilled.
The main stages of work
At the next stage, it will be necessary to cut a small piece of the profile pipe, and drill holes in it. Then the author is engaged in sharpening the cutting part. Next, two blanks must be joined together.
After that, the master cuts a piece of the profile pipe of a smaller section and welds it to the previously cut profile. As you might have guessed, it will be the handle of the device. They are needed for the convenience of processing workpieces.
