To make the house territory or cottage area original, you can use large concrete flower pots to decorate the surrounding landscape.
Each such flower pot consists of two parts: coasters and bowls (flower beds). They are cast from a cement mortar. At first glance, it might seem that it is very difficult to do, but in reality everything is simple.
It will only be necessary to make a device with which you can maintain the desired shape and size.
It is a metal pipe mounted vertically, and a “knife”, which will remove excess solution on the sides and top.
The main stages of work
The first thing the stand casts. To do this, you need to make a sand cushion, on which the form is installed. It must be filled up to the top with sand, rammed it, and then carefully removed.
Then the resulting sand "castle", the author pours a liquid cement mortar. At this stage, it is important that the solution is exactly liquid in order to uniformly "cling" to the entire form.
After that, a thicker solution is already used. The author carefully distributes it along the contour of the form, and then removes the excess with a “knife”, moving it in a circle.
In the end, the mold must again be gradually watered with liquid cement mortar, and with the help of a “knife”, remove all unnecessary. The surface should be flat and smooth.
The cup itself is made using the same technology, but in this case a different shape template will be used.
