From an ordinary plastic plug on a sewer pipe with a diameter of 160 mm, you can do a useful thing - a casing for a grinder.
This home-made casing comes in handy in the process of grinding concrete with a diamond disc. Moreover, the cost of manufacturing this homemade product is a penny.
The first thing we do is markup and drill a hole in the center of the plastic plug. Then we heat it with a hairdryer, and expand the hole. From the outside, the author makes a small side.
The main stages of work
Using a grinder with a cutting disc, you will need to trim the outer edges of the resulting "neck". The author processes the inside already with a file for metal.
At the next stage, it will be necessary to drill one hole on the side of the plug using a crown - under the nozzle through which dust will be removed during grinding.
Then it remains only to glue the cuff of the leather belt along the contour of the plastic plug, making preliminary transverse cuts along the entire length with scissors. You can use a rubber cuff.
A dust pipe is also installed (from a 90 degree angle for a plastic sewer pipe).
