In this review, the author shows how to make a small grinding machine for working in a home workshop from available materials with your own hands.

The author uses an electric motor from a washing machine as a drive. Its power is 180 W. This power is enough to sharpen a tool or grind small workpieces.

First of all, the author makes a marking on a plywood sheet and cuts out blanks of the desired size. An electric jigsaw is suitable for this.

The main stages of work

From the obtained blanks, the author makes a machine case, on top of which an electric motor will be located. All parts must be glued and additionally screwed onto screws or screws.

In the upper part of the case from plywood (or it will be right to say - beds), the author drills 4 mounting holes, and then installs the engine from the washer.

In the next step, you will need to make an adjustable arm. And first, the author cuts out two side parts of the handcuff, in which you need to make a groove, and then also drill holes.

Next, the two sides of the handrail are screwed to the body, and pieces of plywood are screwed on top.

At the last stage, it remains only to set the on / off button. In this case, the author uses a single-key switch.
