Sometimes you have to deal with such an unusual situation: after you open the water, the kitchen faucet starts to buzz. Why is this happening and how to fix the problem?
In fact, this problem can be solved by any man who at least once encountered installing plumbing.
In most cases, the reason is the corrugated eyeliner, which brings water to the mixer itself.
Now that we have decided on the cause of the hum when the water is turned on, the second logical question arises: "How to get rid of this hum?"
Putting all the dots over the "i"
It should be noted that corrugated stainless steel liner is not the best material for wiring engineering hydraulic systems.
But what if you have already installed eyeliner and do not want to change it? In this case, it is enough to remove the resonant frequency.
There are two solutions to the problem. The first is just to tie the flexible hoses together, always putting a damper gasket between them.
The second way - you can put a piece of rubber hose on the stainless steel liner.
It is quite obvious that mating flexible hoses into the wall does not make sense. Because the eyeliner can buzz under the plaster, but eliminating this problem will fly you a penny.
