Phone in a metal case

I want to demonstrate my creation, if I may call it that. In the past it was a telephone, now it is also a full-fledged telephone, only slightly modified and fairly gaining weight ... The idea to make came spontaneously.

For the manufacture of the case, I used 1.2 mm thick copper, although I did not find copper sheet and did not really want to search, so I had to straighten the copper pipes in the literal sense (water pipes). I also needed a couple of lighters for spare parts and some gears, apparently from the alarm clock (lying around at work).

A day of soldering with clumsy hands and you're done ... After I decided to put out a mini jack to connect to any sound amplifier (radio, computer speakers, etc.) in order to listen to the radio without using headphones.

There was doubt about the reception, but the handset plowed, as before. Of the tools I used: a hammer, pliers, a file of scissors for metal and such know-how, instead of a micro grinder, a pedicure machine was used (the wife finds out - her head will be torn off). It is for the lack of special tools that I ask you not to scold for quality. In general, it was made from the heart and for myself.
