Just look at this miracle! Real jam!
Well, okay - to the point!
Structure:
1) Sunflower oil (necessarily refined)
2) Potatoes (washed and clean)
3) Any kind of seasoning at your discretion (curry powder, salt, pepper, etc.)
First, set the oven to warm up to about 200 degrees Celsius.
Next, take our clean and washed potatoes. Personally, I like chips with a skin and for this I don’t sit potatoes.
Cut the potatoes into thin slices. It’s also not too thin - everything is good in moderation.
Wash sliced slices in cold water - we do not need extra starch!
Then put our slices on paper towels and let dry.
Take a sheet from the oven and grease with oil. Put our slices on this sheet and grease them on top with the same oil.
Put the whole thing in the oven for about 20 minutes or so, depending on the thickness of your cut. The chips should be golden brown by the time they are ready.
We take out of the oven and sprinkle with seasonings.
You can also sprinkle seasoning before the oven, but some seasonings lose their flavor after heat treatment.
PS: I advise you for the first time not to make a large batch and limit yourself to one potato, as it may not work the first time, such as the first pancake lumpy.
Bon Appetit !
