Omelet with croutons

There is not always time to cook something unusual for dinner. And you always want to eat. The fastest dish to cook is, of course, scrambled eggs. And also with an omelet it turns out a very tasty salad.
To make an omelet with croutons, you will need:
• two whole plastic white bread;
• two peppers of different colors;
• 4 eggs;
• 80 grams of milk;
• 40 grams of vegetable oil;
• ketchup to taste;
• salt;
• pepper.
Cut the bread into small cubes and fry in butter.

Cut the pepper into small pieces and place on the bread. Shuffle.

Beat eggs with milk and salt. Pour half the mixture onto the croutons. Put ketchup.

Pour in the remaining mixture. Cover the pan and bake the omelet over medium heat until cooked (when the egg-milk mixture thickens).

Sprinkle the finished omelet with pepper and garnish with onion rings.
